For a spring election that normally doesn’t see a large voter turnout, the April 5, 2022 election was amazing. I was immensely impressed by the large number of people that went to the polls that day.
I also am extremely grateful for all the support I received from so many parents and residents. Over 3,000 of you supported me, and for that I say, “thank you!!!” I’ve gotten a tremendous number of encouraging emails, text messages, phone calls, etc. during the weeks leading up to and following the election. It is truly humbling.
My mission to be a strong advocate and rational voice for parents hasn’t changed. I still am burdened to increase visibility and transparency of the school board. Accordingly, I will continue to work toward that.
Thank you all, again, for your continued support. Together we will make our excellent school district even better!
